I was given the Kindle as a gift for my birthday in October and since then I have not read any print books. I love it! So far I have about 130 Kindle books, mostly free downloads of classic lit. The Kindle can hold 1500 books, so I'm on my way to filling it up. BTW all books purchased at Amazon are backed up on their site.

Recently Amazon announced that they would allow developers to submit apps for the Kindle. This will be similar to the business model of the iPhone. I'm anticipating the first crossword puzzle application. I would also like to see a better filing system for the books, such as folders, which are not supported presently. More books and better variety would be good too. For instance, unavailable authors include Nabokov, DeLillo, Roth, Bellow, and Faulkner.
